About Lily and Jenny

Lily Grouf and her family live in Santa Monica, CA. Jenny Lorant Grouf is Lily’s mom and a bodywork practitioner. You can learn more about her at centerherself.com

 

Lily and Jenny originally created Becoming Girl when Lily became more interested in her own self care at age nine. She asked Jenny to teach her and her friends how to massage and Jenny said, "Yes - of course! Yet, I am going to guide you in ways to massage and care for yourselves."

 

Becoming Girl was born in 2017. 

We are excited to share our practices with you and, most importantly, we are looking forward to learning with and from you!
